Introduction
- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using the Automatic Linked Records Airtable Extension (“Extension”) or any other product provided by Olive Haus (collectively, the “Products”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Products.
Description of Service
This Extension is designed to update linked record fields in Airtable based on user selection. Apps are varied and are detailed on their selective pages.
Subscription Plans
We offer different subscription plans for updating multiple linked record fields based on user selection. Details of these plans and their costs are described on www.heyolivehaus.com/automatic-linked-records.
Payment and Refunds
- Subscription Fees: Subscription fees are payable in advance and are not refundable in whole or part. We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, at our sole discretion.
- One-Time Purchase Apps: All one-time purchase apps provided by Olive Haus are final and no refunds will be issued.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their account.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
Limitations of Use
Users may not use the Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Data and Privacy
By using the Products, you agree to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Olive Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Warranties and Disclaimers
The Products (including the Extension) are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Products immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
Changes to Terms
Olive Haus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to its conflict of law principles.
